This is exciting! We’re so excited for Jan and her incredible new book Women at War that we decided to celebrate with some giveaways! Sound good?
In Women at War, Jan Greenwood sheds light on the source of our confusion with female relationships, revealing our true enemy and a real WAR. You will learn how to identify, restore and embrace healthy female relationships so that you can experience their power to demolish the strongholds of our culture, our past and our wounds!
This book is for every woman. You can read more of my thoughts on it here. Join us for the book study beginning Monday, April 29th by signing up here.

I can’t wait to read this book! I think one thing God wants to speak to is the way we women constantly compare ourselves to each other — to our own detriment. No one has it all together! We need to celebrate with and encourage each other.

I believe that God would love for each of us to be able to cheer each other on for the race that we have each been set to run. To encourage each other to stay in the lane, to correct us when we try to veer off. To be able to trust that what each of us is doing is the best that we are able to do, all the while knowing that those that come us along side us to run will help us and not trip us up.

I think God would speak to us about grace in community.
Learning to offer and accept grace, WITH grace.

i think we all need to have more grace for ourselves to then pass on grace to each other, and that we really are made to learn from other women and pass on every little bit we’ve learned to others.

To answer the specified question…I think one thing God wants to speak to about how women view each other is “competition”.

Thank you for this amazing giveaway opportunity! I think one area that women in my circle of friends really struggle with is ‘talent envy’ – we see someone with a gift different from our own and immediate feel somehow lacking – which leads to a sort of envy or even jealously. That jealousy feeds our insecurity and causes all kinds of strife between women. I think if we rightly understand our own areas of giftedness, and understand God’s purpose for the various gifts He has given, we’d be less prone to looking over the fence at our friends and wishing for something other than what we’ve been divinely designed to be.
